Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager – HR & Technology Services to lead sales growth for our HR and technology solutions. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, developing new business, and building strong, long-term client relationships across the UAE market. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market analysis, competitor insights, and strong product knowledge. Identify target markets, analyze demand, and develop sales strategies to drive growth. Acquire new business and expand existing client accounts. Support client onboarding by coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth solution adoption. Gather and share structured client feedback to improve products and customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure full solution utilization. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR consultancy, HR tech, or related industries in the UAE. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Valid UAE driving license.
