Your Role as SENCO: ✔ Lead and manage the provision for students with SEN across the school. ✔ Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). ✔ Support and guide teaching staff in providing effective SEN support. ✔ Monitor student progress and coordinate interventions. ✔ Work with external agencies to support students' needs.
