The Role • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects. • Maintain a calm and safe learning environment. • Build positive relationships with students who require additional support. • Manage behaviour confidently using school strategies. • Support learning activities and small-group intervention. • Assist with pastoral duties and supervision around the school. Requirements • Experience working with young people, ideally in SEND or PRU settings. • Strong behaviour management and communication skills. • Patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
