Who Are We Looking For 🔍 We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic people to join in our Commercial Team in Brussels. Responsibilities Participate in the commercial development of the market. Advise and develop the loyalty of Belgium real estate agents interested in selling our products. Continuous contact with potential clients to assist them in fulfilling their dream of purchasing a home in Spain. To visit our real estate promotions in Spain in order to get to know the product and to establish and execute a good training plan for the collaborating agencies. Helping in the decision-making process. Advising and following up on individual clients in accordance with the company's protocols. Participate in the definition of the marketing plan for its market. Participate in various events (real estate fairs, product and service presentations, etc.). Qualifications Education in business and marketing. At least 5 years' of experience in sales. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good negotiation skills. Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
