Embedded SW Engineer (Thermal management) - Contract - Gothenburg

We are now looking for an experienced, self-driven Embedded Software Engineer to strengthen our team, Thermal Management Application SW. Our team is responsible for the design and development of the application SW, controlling the complete thermal management system, and the calibration and tuning of it. Meaning that we are responsible for Cab Climate and the Coolant loop functionality covering all sites. As an Embedded SW Engineer you plan your work according to the agile SAFE principals together with your team. The main responsibility of the team is the development of the Climate Controller, realizing functionality that has a direct customer impact. Within the role you will work with both new development towards future feature/function growth and with maintenance improving the system already on the market. You will have the opportunity to collaborate a lot with many surrounding teams like the system performance and EUF team, Base I/O team, testing facilities, testing teams, workshops, and more. Relevant Experience: - Master’s Degree in Computer, Electrical/Electronic or similar - Embedded SW development experience - Experience with control strategy and SW verification - Experience of functional verification and system tuning/calibration Meritorious to have: - Knowledge of Automotive Climate system - Experience in SIL/MIL/HIL testing - Experience in Matlab, Simulink, TargetLink, Jenkins, Embedded Coder, C, C++, Python - Knowledge in planning, performing, and analyzing results from rig or vehicle testing toolkit.
