Guest Experience Ambassador - Front Office

We are seeking a confident, elegant, and guest-focused Guest Experience Agent / Hostess to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class hospitality brand while engaging with VIPs, dignitaries, and high-profile guests in an international luxury environment. As the first point of contact at exclusive events and official functions, you will play a key role in delivering a refined, welcoming, and memorable guest experience aligned with global protocol and luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion Ensure smooth guest flow, seating arrangements, and event coordination Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences Uphold international etiquette and cultural protocol standards Liaise with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP events Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and confidential information Distribute event briefings and support operational communication Represent the hotel brand with poise, elegance, and impeccable conduct Advise guests on local customs and etiquette Candidate Profile: Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, events, or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance with a passion for luxury service Comfortable in fast-paced, high-profile environments Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Minimum height requirement: 165 cm Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: AED 5,000 per month (approx.
