ECT Programme & Support Formal ECF Induction: Fully supported two-year induction programme, including the statutory reduced timetable and funding for mentor release time. Subject-Specialist Mentor: Direct, regular coaching from a dedicated Physics expert to refine practical skills and enhance curriculum delivery. Financial & Resource Support: Generous departmental budget for CPD, specific Science equipment, and resources for practical demonstrations. The Role Teach all three Sciences at Key Stage 3 and specialise in Physics at Key Stage 4 (GCSE). Opportunities to support Sixth Form teaching will be available. Maintain a safe and highly organised practical laboratory environment. Engage pupils in STEM outreach, Science clubs, and promote careers in Physics and Engineering. Requirements QTS and a degree in Physics or an Engineering discipline, attained by January 2026.
