Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Engineer / Business Development Manager to support and expand sales and marketing activities for a specialist contracting organization in the UAE. This role suits a driven professional with strong experience in construction business development and client engagement. Role Overview: You will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions Support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and brand visibility Lead or support the business development team as required Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry Strong understanding of the UAE construction market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM/marketing tools English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
