Customer Support Specialist (Danish-speaking) - Fully Remote (P)

We´re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to become the friendly and reliable voice of our client´s brand—supporting customers, boutiques, and partners across Europe, all from the comfort of your home. What You´ll Be Doing As part of our client´s customer support team, you´ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and stress-free customer journeys by: Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email Assisting with new bookings, rebookings, cancellations , and general inquiries (air, rail, hotel, and related services) Handling incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing timely and accurate solutions Logging interactions in internal systems and ensuring SLA requirements are met Using your product and application knowledge to guide customers confidently Finding tailored solutions for each customer, turning challenges into positive experiences What We´re Looking For Fluent or bilingual Danish with a strong command of English A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to understand and qualify customer needs effectively A flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment What´s In It for You?
