Senior Wiring & Harness Engineer

Job Title: Expert Wiring & Harness Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced Wiring & Harness Engineer with 10+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will develop and document wiring harness and power cable components (wires, cables, connectors, brackets, etc.), design technical solutions using CAD tools, and manage the wiring harness product structure. You will also lead projects, propose improvements, and mentor colleagues. Key Responsibilities : Develop and document wiring harnesses and components. Design and optimize solutions based on requirements. Control technical releases and product structure. Lead projects and mentor team members. Propose new technical solutions and improvements. Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in Wiring & Harness Engineering. Expert in CAD tools and harness development. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
