Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Associate Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Onsite - McKinley Cyberpark, Taguig City Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Night Shift Headcounts Needed: 10+ FTEs Industry: IT Consulting & Services Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and problem resolution. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to offer accurate information. Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
