This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments Manage patient referrals efficiently Perform basic insurance verification tasks Stay on Zoom for the entire shift (depending on client requirement) Track work hours using Time Doctor Qualifications Preferred but not required: Previous experience as a medical receptionist, scheduler, or admin assistant Familiarity with Endocrinology, Psychiatry, Dermatology, and other specialty workflows Basic knowledge of insurance verification Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment Comfortable staying on Zoom throughout the workday Technical Requirements (Strictly Verified Before Interview) Applications that do not meet these technical requirements will not be considered.
