You’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, seamless, and high-quality environment for both members and staff. If you're experienced in facilities or maintenance operations and take pride in creating smooth-running, safe spaces — we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Maintaining and servicing club equipment and infrastructure to the highest safety standards Performing day-to-day repairs and technical checks (carpentry, plumbing, single-phase electrics, etc.) Supporting pool operations (if qualified) and ensuring all safety protocols are met Proactively identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they impact service Supporting multiple clubs in the region where required Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members About You Skilled in a technical trade or discipline such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work (essential) Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or equivalent) is a strong advantage Full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between sites Proactive and self-sufficient with strong communication and problem-solving skills Passionate about service excellence and working in a premium, member-led environment What’s Included Salary:€3,750 – €4,166 per month (based on experience) Free club membership for you and your family 50% discount on food and beverages in-club Discounts on tennis lessons, swimming lessons, and personal training Access to on-demand pay through Wagestream Ongoing learning and career advancement through structured internal training Full access to the club’s benefits suite and wellbeing initiatives Join a company that’s redefining the fitness and wellness experience across Europe.
