Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing January 2026. The Opportunity & Contract Profile Join the dedicated premises team of an Outstanding secondary school. This hands-on role requires practical skills and reliability to ensure the school site remains safe, secure, and well-maintained for students and staff. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Site Security: Key holding duties, responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises, and alarm response. Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, basic DIY, and ensuring all maintenance logs are accurately recorded. Support: Assisting the Site Manager with general porterage, cleaning support, and event setup. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a site support role and practical maintenance capabilities. Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience (ranging from £24,000 – £28,000 Annually). Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
