Role Highlights: Full-time position at a supportive and well-resourced primary school Lead whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher Provide small-group interventions and tailored learning support Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to support students with additional needs Help create an inclusive and positive classroom environment Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development Experience & Qualifications: HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role Previous experience working in a primary school setting Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills A passion for education and supporting children’s progress Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Us?
