Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies and simulations. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development. Foster a love of Business Studies in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Business Studies. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
