Where you will work: Queretaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O'Donnell What you’ll do: • Implement engineering changes. • Communicate and involve the appropriate people. • Interact with other affected functions for change management. • Use the ECR PLM process for change management. • Manage change according to AS7. • Coordinate/follow up delivery and implementation at affected manufacturing sites. • Use network systems for change management. • Coordinate reviews at CCB meetings. • Escalate to the CCB as required. • Coordinate communication with the client. • Provide a clear status of the change and its impact. • Lead the team members. What is required: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Textile, or related field). • Advanced English skills. • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination and development, preferably in the automotive industry. • APQP & PPAP certifications preferred. • Knowledge of OEM and supplier requirements.
