Chief Accountant

Job Description Organize, manage, and control all accounting and financial activities of the Company. Perform and supervise accounting entries for arising transactions, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prepare, review, and take responsibility for periodic financial statements and tax reports (monthly, quarterly, annually). Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable; monitor cash flow and balance income and expenditures. Review and supervise the legality and validity of accounting documents, records, and invoices. Carry out VAT refund procedures, especially for investment or project-related activities (if any). Participate in tax finalization and work directly with tax authorities, auditors, and relevant government agencies when required. Coordinate with other departments in reporting, tax finalization, and financial management activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Management. Job Requirements Education Bachelors degree or higher with good to excellent academic results, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields. Preference given to candidates graduated from the National Economics University (NEU) or the Academy of Finance (full-time programs). Strong knowledge of accounting laws, tax regulations, and relevant professional legal documents. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Priority given to candidates with experience in real estate companies or property leasing and management businesses . Skills & Competencies Good command of English. Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) is required. Proficient in accounting software such as MISA, BRAVO, FAST , etc. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience in tax refund procedures, tax finalization, and working with tax authorities is highly preferred.
