Requirements Education Background: Bachelors degree or above in Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, Education (Japanese Teaching Track), or other relevant fields. Familiar with the content of major Japanese proficiency tests (e.g., JLPT, J.TEST, NAT-TEST); Solid professional knowledge of Japanese language (grammar, vocabulary, cultural context); At least 2 years of full-time Japanese teaching experience (work certificate required); Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills (to handle diverse student needs); Working Hours: Flexible schedule (arranged based on class timetable) with at least 2 days off per week; Native Japanese speakers are preferred; Currently residing in China is preferred; Basic Chinese language skills are preferred.
