Your Role as a SEN Teacher: 🔹 Deliver personalized lessons and interventions to students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. 🔹 Work closely with SEN specialists and teaching assistants to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). 🔹 Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment where students can thrive. 🔹 Support the social and emotional development of students to build their confidence and independence. 🔹 Monitor student progress and work with parents and external agencies to ensure holistic support. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or equivalent. ✅ Experience working with students with SEND, particularly in an SEN setting. ✅ A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching. ✅ Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. ✅ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
