German speaking Customer Advisor for Athens, Greece

Position: Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries, including refunds, manual charges, and payment tracking Onboard new B2B customers and support them throughout the initial setup process Maintain and update merchant information accurately within internal databases. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1+ level) Proficiency in MS Office and strong overall PC handling skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex financial inquiries Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fast learner with strong numerical and data-handling abilities Problem-solving oriented with a proactive approach Team player who is comfortable multitasking and working toward targets Confident working across multiple systems and software tools.
