Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Humanities department. Inspire and motivate both students and staff within the department. Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies. Ensure high standards of assessment and feedback. Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-curricular links. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, or related). Strong understanding of current educational best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
