Job Title: Italian Speaking Reservations Agent Location: Malta Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00, shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours Work Type: On-Site Salary & Benefits: Month 1 (Training): €5.60/hour Month 2: €8.10/hour After Probation: €8.50/hour After 12 Months: €8.75/hour (performance-based) After 18 Months: €9.20/hour (performance-based) Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000/year (pro-rated monthly), eligible after 6 months probation Commission: Sales-based, eligible 2 months after Going Live (post-training) Language Allowance: €85/month About the Role: We are seeking a fluent Italian & English speaker to join our team as a Reservations Agent. You will handle incoming calls, assist with reservations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maximize sales.
