History Teacher – Cheshire – January 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a History Teacher to join a high-achieving 11–18 secondary school in Cheshire from January 2026. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3–5, delivering engaging lessons that bring historical topics to life and develop critical understanding. The Role & Department Teach History across Key Stages 3–5 (A-Level experience desirable). Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment and resource development. Inspire students through creative, enquiry-based learning. Join a department with modern classrooms, digital displays and access to a well-stocked Humanities library. Fieldwork, museum visits, and academic enrichment trips play an important part in the department’s work, with recent projects exploring local heritage and international conflict studies.
