Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to children with a range of special educational needs. Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and learning. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with staff, parents, and outside professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching students with special educational needs (desirable). Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
