Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels Provide guidance and support related to YouTube services Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Requirements German fluency required Experience not mandatory (training provided) Salary & Benefits Base salary (no experience): €15,260 gross per year Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (depending on profile)
