The site team plays a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school day. The Role • Carry out daily opening and locking of the school site. • Undertake basic maintenance, repairs, and health & safety checks. • Ensure classrooms and communal areas are safe and well maintained. • Support site set-up for events, exams, and school functions. • Work closely with the Site Manager and leadership team. Requirements • Previous caretaking or site experience (school-based desirable). • Good understanding of health and safety procedures. • Practical skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
