Remote Danish Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' issues. Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on requests. Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality support . Manage customer data and records in the system. Requirements: Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills. EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate). Strong communication and problem-solving skills . No previous experience needed – entry-level role.
