Sales Executive (Horeca)

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in sales in the HoReCa industry Strong communication and presentation skills. Good negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Ability to prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into long-term customers. Promote textile production to existing and especially to prospective new clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the industry. Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups. 3. Market & Competitor Research Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to management on emerging market needs, pricing trends, and product development opportunities. 4. Order & Production Coordination Coordinate with the production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution. Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams regarding specifications, timelines, and quality requirements. Track orders from confirmation to delivery and resolve any issues promptly. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and customer databases in CRM Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis, for management review.
