RF PA Design Engineer (mmWave 22nm FDSOI)

Looking for an experienced RF PA Designer for a prestigious client based in Sweden. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and for taking all the design steps from schematic simulation to layout implementation. The role includes modelling with help of extraction and EM (ElectroMagnetic) tools. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Extensive experience in RF and mixed-signal circuit design, testing, and validation within an ASIC development environment. Proficiency in using and maintaining RF testing equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes. Strong understanding of RF and mixed-signal measurement techniques and methodologies. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for RF emissions and signal integrity.
