We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment and takes pride in precision, organization, and follow-through. What You’ll Do Client Experience Welcome pet owners with professionalism and warmth Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments accurately Provide clear preparation instructions Process payments and review invoices Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences Operational Coordination Maintain precise scheduling and documentation Prepare and organize patient records Support doctors and technicians with administrative needs Keep communication flowing between departments Maintain an organized, polished front-desk environment Who Thrives Here You’ll do well in this role if you: Enjoy interacting with people all day Stay calm and friendly under pressure Move quickly but don’t cut corners Care deeply about accuracy and details Follow processes consistently Naturally keep things organized Adapt easily when schedules shift This role requires both warmth and structure.
