A Good Ofsted-rated school in Enfield is looking for a talented Year 3 Teacher to join their teaching team in April 2025. Salary: MPS/UPS Start Date: April 2025 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities: Lead Year 3 students through an exciting and engaging curriculum. Encourage independent learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Build strong relationships with students and their families to ensure effective communication and support. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and create an inclusive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: QTS and experience teaching Key Stage 2, especially Year 3. A creative, dynamic teaching style that encourages active learning. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
