About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 students, fostering a love of mathematics and developing foundational skills. Plan and deliver lessons using a variety of teaching methods, including problem-solving activities, group work, and the use of technology. Assess student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development. Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment where all girls feel confident and empowered in mathematics. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Mathematics. Experience teaching Mathematics to Key Stage 3 students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging young minds. A commitment to promoting girls' achievement in STEM subjects.
