Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices , where your role goes beyond customer support—youll be helping patients and healthcare professionals with life-changing solutions. Key Responsibilities As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will: Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2) , with support in English (C1) when required. Handle inquiries, incidents, and questions regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat . Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy . Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage , ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence. Work Schedule Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Night Shift: 22:00 – 07:00 (The night shift team is small, so occasional night shifts may be required. Candidates must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotation.) Compensation & Benefits We value your commitment and reward it generously: Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid 14 months) Attendance Bonus: €150 gross/month (paid 11 months) Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day Requirements Fluency in German (C2) – mandatory Advanced English (C1) – for internal communication and training EU citizenship or valid work permit Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in rotating shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required – training provided Why Join Us?
