You will play a vital role in developing students' artistic skills, confidence, and passion for art, including at A-Level. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across Key Stages 3-5. Plan and implement a diverse and challenging art curriculum, including A-Level. Foster a creative and supportive learning environment. Encourage students to experiment with a variety of artistic mediums. Organize and lead art exhibitions and projects. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Fine Art or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level, including A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of art history and techniques, with A-Level specialism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for empowering young women through art, including those pursuing further artistic studies.
