Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality art lessons across Key Stages 3-5. Plan and implement a comprehensive and inclusive art curriculum, including A-Level. Develop students' artistic skills, knowledge, and understanding. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. Organize and lead art projects and exhibitions. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Fine Art or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level, including A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of art history and techniques, with A-Level specialism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for empowering young women through art, including those pursuing further artistic studies.
