Senior/ Building Executive (Commercial Buildings)

Responsibilities Carry out regular site checks to ensure the building and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. Manage day-to-day building operations including security services, cleaning, landscaping, waste handling, irrigation systems, car park operations, and rectification of defects. Regulate and oversee the proper use of shared facilities and common areas to ensure compliance with house rules. Coordinate with term contractors to ensure all servicing and maintenance works are completed according to agreed schedules and service standards. Conduct routine inspections of the premises, including car parks, to ensure cleanliness, signage visibility, and overall upkeep. Support budget planning and monitoring for operating expenses and capital works related to building management. Perform regular checks on fire protection systems and organise periodic fire drills to ensure safety readiness and regulatory compliance. Engage and communicate effectively with tenants, members of the public, contractors, and authorities on building matters, improvement works, emergencies, and compliance requirements, including after office hours when necessary. Requirements: Diploma in Building Management, Building Services, or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach to work. Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
