Data Entry: About us: Ventures ONSITE (www.venturesonsite.com), a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, on-going and future construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records by inputting data into our systems with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities: Input data into internal databases and systems from various source documents. Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems. Generate regular reports and assist with basic data analysis for management. Strictly adhere to company confidentiality and data protection policies. Requirements: Location: Ability to work full-time from our office in Egypt. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and correct data errors. Language: Fluency in English & Arabic Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an administrative field. Work Environment: Employment Type: Full-time.
