About the job: SAP ABAP - Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid Work Schedule: Morning Shift Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines Role Responsibilities: Our development consultants will be involved in the development from offshore for enhancements and delivery of projects and provide support to our clients. Occasional Onshore delivery is possible depending on the scope of the client and the projects Reports to the Offshore Technical Manager. Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stakeholders during build and testing. Work closely with workstream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design/requirements Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of RICEFW (Reports Conversion Enhancements Forms and Workflows) Requirement : Hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC Scope, requirement management and development experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience Clean Core Mindset and Experience Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members. Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) Good on Core ABAP RICEFW Must-Have Certifications Certification in SAP BTP Extension Suite (Desired) Experience & Background B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA 5 to 7 years of IT industry experience in the SAP domain. Should have excellent communication skills. Have strong analytical and logical skills
