About the Science Department: The Science department is a collaborative and supportive team with a shared passion for science. We foster a culture of inquiry and encourage students to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on experiments and investigations. About the Role: Teach Physics across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including experiments, demonstrations, and technology. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation. Foster a love of Physics in students. Work collaboratively with colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent (or is eligible to apply). Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Physics. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Physics. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
