We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join our extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations. Schedule and Shift Details ● On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm + 8 units on Saturday + 8 units on Sunday + 40hrs/week Key Responsibilities ● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas ● Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule Required: Valid Registered Nurse(RN) in the state of Pennsylvania(PA) Associate Degree or higher with 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Clinical Documentation Clinical Informatics Clinical Quality 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Media Record(EMR) Other EMR Practice Partner EMR ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Red Cross Advanced Life Support(ARC ALS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support(AHA ACLS)
