Business Process Manager

Currently Recruit 121 is seeking a Business Process Manager to support a global External Manufacturing & Supply organisation undergoing rapid expansion. You will join a central team responsible for PMO and Master Data Operations for external manufacturing globally. This is a highly collaborative role working with technical experts such as production planners and PMO specialists. Your key value is the ability to turn technical complexity into clear, business-friendly global operating procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation that can be used reliably across international operations. Tasks Translate process mapping and gap assessments into clear, global business procedures Write and maintain GOPs, SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation Collaborate with cross-functional experts to capture and standardise processes Support global process alignment across external manufacturing partners Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement Support KPI, metrics, and performance tracking where relevant Requirements Strong experience in process documentation (GOPs, SOPs, work instructions) Business process management with a track record in global standardisation Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations Experience with SAP operations (execution, planning, purchasing, goods movement) Process mapping and gap analysis capability Effective change management and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English If this role sounds like something you'd be interested in, we'd want to hear from you.
