Associate Lawyer - Litigation

One of Malta’s leading advisory firms is looking for an Associate Lawyer – Litigation to join their team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of dispute resolution, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. The role is office-based in Valletta and offers a competitive salary of up to €50K , depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities Advising clients on legal matters, including real estate, constitutional, civil, and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting well-structured legal opinions, pleadings, and other judicial documents Representing clients in court and tribunal proceedings, preparing cases, and attending hearings as required Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners to develop case strategies and solutions tailored to clients’ needs Supporting the legal team in various administrative and case management tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services Keeping up-to-date with developments in Maltese law and maintaining awareness of best practices in litigation and arbitration Education, Skills & Experience Warranted Lawyer in Malta Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience , with practical exposure to litigation Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and real estate law Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment Positive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines About the Role Competitive salary of up to €50K , dependent on experience Office-based in Valletta, Malta Start date : ASAP Opportunities for career growth and professional development within a leading advisory firm Please note: Applications from non-Maltese speakers cannot be considered for this role. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
