Camp Boss

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to manage day-to-day operations of the labor accommodation. The candidate will ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the camp in compliance with company and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the labor camp and maintain discipline Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities Coordinate room allocation, attendance, and movement of workers Handle basic worker issues and report matters to management Coordinate with maintenance, security, and transport teams Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations Maintain records related to camp occupancy and facilities Requirements: 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss or similar role Basic communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage) Ability to manage workers and handle issues calmly Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and regulations Salary & Benefits: Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 + OT Accommodation provided Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
