We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SENCO to join our highly inclusive and supportive Primary School in Tower Hamlets. This is a permanent role starting January 2026, offering the chance to lead and shape the school’s SEND provision. Key Information Position: SENCO Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome) About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SENCO, committed to supporting pupils with additional needs. As a SENCO, you will lead the SEND provision across the school, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a SENCO, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to deliver tailored support.
