English Teacher (ECT) – Worcester – January 2026

A warm, ambitious 11–18 secondary school on the outskirts of Worcester is seeking a motivated English ECT to join its successful English faculty from January 2026 . The Role You’ll teach English across KS3–KS4, using well-designed schemes that blend challenging literature with clear literacy routines. The department provides ECTs with full unit plans, model essays, vocabulary guides and shared assessments to support confident, high-quality delivery. You will also receive weekly mentoring sessions, coaching cycles and opportunities to observe experienced practitioners.
