Job Reference: RYY85VRX Location: Indonesia (Open for local Indonesian or Vietnamese who is willing to relocate) JOB DESCRIPTION Market research and analysis: Research customer needs and automation market trends in Indonesia. Collect market insights and propose strategic recommendations to expand market share. Business development strategy: Propose and implement strategies to approach new customers, including sales and marketing planning. Customer acquisition: Identify, meet, and build long-term relationships with potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Carry out customer care activities to ensure satisfaction and trust in the company's products and services. Sales promotion activities: Participate in and organize product introductions, seminars, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote products and enhance the company's brand image. Contract negotiation: Participate in negotiating and signing contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Planning and reporting: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business development plans for the assigned region. Report on business performance and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness. JOB REQUIREMENT Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, or technical engineers with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and interpret data. Proficiency in English. Chinese is an advantage. Good communication skills; ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Hardworking, proactive, honest, eager to learn, and self-motivated. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to commit long-term and demonstrate a strong growth mindset.
