Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging Music lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5). Develop and implement a curriculum that stretches and challenges all students. Lead and develop musical ensembles and performance opportunities. Encourage students to achieve their full musical potential through rigorous teaching and high expectations.
