Responsibilities: Generate new sales from the sales leads provided through business calls. Qualify sales leads through calls. Sell to both consumers and commercial customers, applying the correct solution and sales approach to each. Maintain effective communication with prospects and implement a proactive follow-up strategy. Continuously seek new ways to improve sales performance by reviewing calls and testing new sales techniques. Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in telesales. Ability to communicate with people at all levels; independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude. Proficient in English. Strong customer service attitude and a people-oriented approach.
