System Architect – Automotive Network & Embedded Systems About the Role We are seeking an experienced System Architect with deep expertise in automotive network communication and embedded systems development . This role involves designing, developing, and integrating electrical and electronic systems , ensuring optimal network communication, and contributing to system architecture strategies and roadmaps . As a key technical leader , you will manage network communication requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive system engineering excellence . You will play a critical role in concept investigations, system-level integration, and ensuring quality before release . Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage automotive network communication requirements and create communication databases. ✔️ Drive investigations and contribute to electrical architecture development . ✔️ Collaborate with function owners, system design engineers, and software engineers to ensure proper implementation of network communication. ✔️ Lead system engineering efforts in a technical team , ensuring readiness and compliance before release. ✔️ Implement system architecture strategies and roadmaps from concept to product delivery . ✔️ Guide concept investigations and lead approval processes through various decision forums. ✔️ Ensure that system and non-functional requirements are accurately implemented and validated. ✔️ Support product management in breaking down technical capabilities into actionable features. ✔️ Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term system architecture planning . ✔️ Act as a mentor and technical expert , supporting team members and fostering knowledge-sharing. Required Qualifications & Experience ✅ 10+ years of experience in automotive system architecture and network communication . ✅ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent . ✅ Strong experience in embedded systems development and integration . ✅ Proficiency in automotive network communication protocols (CAN, J1939, UDS, LIN, Ethernet). ✅ Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, Davinci, CANdbc++). ✅ Hands-on expertise in System Weaver or similar requirement documentation tools. ✅ Programming knowledge in Python, CAPL, C++ . ✅ AUTOSAR experience is a plus. ✅ Change management experience and ability to drive engineering transformations. ✅ Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills . ✅ T-shaped profile – expertise in a core discipline with the ability to integrate across
